Return & Refund Policy

At Divya Natur, each artwork is made to order with great care. For this reason, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at hello@divyanatur.com with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
