Return & Refund Policy

At Divya Natur, each artwork is made to order with great care. For this reason, all sales are final, and I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at hello@divyanatur.com with photos of the item and packaging. I will work with you to replace the item at no additional cost.

Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days of shipping. We track all orders closely, and while delays almost never happen, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund if they do.
