What is a giclée print?

Giclée (zhee-clay) is a professional fine art printing process that uses archival inks instead of standard dye inks. At Divya Natur, all prints are produced using giclée printing, which gives you richer color, finer detail, and artwork that lasts 100+ years without fading - unlike regular poster prints.

What kind of art is this?

This is digital hand-drawn artwork created by me (Divya). Each piece is illustrated with care, attention to detail, and my own signature style.

What are your shipping details within USA?

Processing takes 4–5 business days (Mon–Fri). Once processed, shipping takes another 2–5 business days depending on your location within USA.


Most US orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.

For the most accurate estimate, please refer to the delivery timer on the product page before ordering.

Orders ship from our print centers in California or Kentucky.

Note: Business days do not include weekends.

When will I receive a tracking number?

📦 You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships — usually within 4–5 business days (Mon–Fri) of placing your order.

For example, if you order on a Saturday, you can expect tracking by Thursday or Friday the following week.

Please note: Business days do not include weekends and national holidays.

What is your return policy?

Each print is made to order, so I'm unable to accept returns or cancellations. However if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 7 days with a photo and I'll make it right with a replacement or full refund

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available for rolled (unframed) paper prints only. Framed and canvas prints are currently shipped within the United States only.

International delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.
