Shipping Policy – Divya Natur

Thank you for choosing Divya Natur. Every framed canvas and fine art print is made to order with careful attention to quality, color accuracy, and safe packaging. Below is an overview of how your order is produced and shipped.


Production Time

Each artwork is custom printed and professionally framed once your order is placed.
The full production process — printing, canvas stretching, and framing — takes approximately 4–5 business days. This ensures that every piece meets the quality standards we promise

Tracking Information

  • 📦 You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships — usually within 4–5 business days (Mon–Fri) of placing your order.
  • For example, if you order on a Saturday, you can expect tracking by Thursday or Friday the following week.
  • Please note: Business days do not include weekends and national holidays.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via FedEx/USPS Ground Shipping for reliable and secure delivery.
Once your artwork leaves the studio, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the shipment to your doorstep.


USA Domestic- Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days from the date of purchase.
This timeframe includes both production and shipping. Please note: during the holiday season (November–December), delivery may take an additional 3–4 business days due to nationwide carrier delays

International orders outside USA- Delivery Time

International shipping is available for rolled unframed paper prints only.

Framed Glass and framed canvas prints are not available outside of USA

This helps reduce shipping costs, transit time, and the risk of damage during international delivery.

International Delivery Time for unframed paper prints: International orders typically take 3–4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing.

If an international order is placed for a framed or canvas option, I’ll contact you to either:

  • switch the order to a rolled paper print, or
  • issue a full refund


Shipping Area

At this time, Divya Natur ships both unframed and framed prints within the United States.

International shipping is available for rolled unframed paper prints only.
