At Divya Natur, rolled prints are shipped worldwide for safe delivery. Framed artworks are currently available for shipping within the USA and Canada only.

🚚 Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! I offer free shipping within the USA.
For international orders, there is a flat shipping rate of $25.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on your location. Within the USA and Canada, prints typically arrive in 7–8 business days. International orders may take 2–3 weeks. Please note these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, peak holiday seasons, or customs processing for international deliveries.

Will I receive email notifications and a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will also receive another email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, I will not be able to update the address. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order.

Customs for International Customers Outside of the US

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping or the product price and will need to be paid separately upon delivery. Divya Natur is not responsible for these charges.
