Quality of Prints

 I care deeply about quality, so I work with a trusted print partner to produce and ship each piece with precision and care.

Does Divya Natur Offer Free Shipping worldwide?

What is the processing time for my order?

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process before it is shipped. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on your location. Within USA and Canada, you can expect to receive them within 7-8 business days for domestic orders, and 14-21 business days for international orders.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier and any customs processing for international orders.

Will I receive email notifications and a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will also receive another email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, I will not be able to update the address. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I offer international shipping and the shipping cost is free!

Customs for International Customers Outside of the US

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping or the product price and will need to be paid separately upon delivery. I recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details regarding these fees.

Returns

Does Divya Natur accept returns?

Each artwork is made to order, so we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Every print is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely, and damage is very rare. If your order does arrive damaged, we’ll make it right — just email hello@divyanatur.com and we’ll take care of you.

What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

Although I rely on trusted shipping partners, I understand that accidents can happen during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. I will assist you in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
